3 Stars Okay for the price…
Not a very durable mat but I guess it gets the gob done. It would be better if it had more weight to it and the grass was a little more resilient…

    2 Stars Very poor materials
Although it is very cheap, this mat is very very thin, made with really poor materials. A few shots and the base rubber starts to crack, then fall of the mat. If you want a golf mat just spend a little more money and buy something better. Something that will last for sometime this will be torn in less than a month I can guarantee.

4 Stars Good quality, comes with 1 rubber tee
I got the 3′ by 4′ mat and it’s a good size: I can stand on it with my feet more than shoulder width apart and still hit off the tee with my driver.

In case you missed it (I did), the mat comes with one rubber tee, about an inch or so high. It’s got two holes on two sides for the tee (so 4 holes in total).

It unrolls nice and easily and doesn’t retain any curl at all from being rolled up in its box.

You should be conscious, however, of the fact that the rubber is a little thin. I’m currently playing in the backyard with hard tiles underneath the mat and if I hit it a little fat I feel those tiles. It would be preferable to have the mat on grass or a carpet or something but I don’t have that option right now. In any event, it’s not a fault but if you do find yourself vibrating like a cartoon character after hitting your club into the ground, don’t say you weren’t warned.

All in all, I’m very pleased. I’ve only had it for a week so no idea how long it lasts – if necessary I’ll come back and write a second review on that in a year or so.

    Happy golfing.

1 Star Cheesy/flimsy product for the money
The title just about says it all. Very overpriced. Go to home depot, buy a fake grass carpet and save yourself $50+. The foam underlayer is thin and the whole thing moves when you hit an iron off it. It is already fraying along the edges, which are not bound to keep it from shredding. I was very dissapointed that Izzo would put out this grade of product and charge what they do. The seller offered to refund/return it, but not worth the hassle/shipping expense.

    3 Stars needs improvement
Overall I am glad that I purchased this mat however its quality is a bit overexagerated. The mats edges are just cut not sewen in anyway so they fray, also although it has a backing it is not very heavy and can bunch up when hit with a club. As I look in stores it is very similar to other mats so don’t be afraid to buy it as it is a good deal when compared to others, just know what you are getting. Also it should come with more then 1 tee.
